Intergenerational Mediation

Intergenerational Mediation helps to support families who are experiencing conflict.

This type of mediation focuses on relationships between children/parents/grandparents/carers/guardians etc..We conduct mediation sessions with children aged 15 - 18 and with adults of all ages.

We help to facilitate conversations between family members of different generations to effectively communicate and find ways forward.

Workplace Mediation

Workplace Mediation can be used as an effective tool to help mend relationships between colleagues when disagreements occur in the work environment.

One key advantage to workplace Mediation is it helps to promote a positive working environment for all members of your team.

Our Mediators remain impartial throughout the process and ensure that all parties are heard and understood. Workplace Mediation focuses on finding ways to move forward and how all parties will be able to work together in the future.

We help you to improve communication, restore work relationships, find solutions and mutually agree a way forward which will ultimately improve productivity in the workplace.

SEND Mediation
(Special Education Needs and Disabilities Mediation)

We are accredited SEND Mediators who care about the welfare of children and young people with special educational needs.

SEND Mediation occurs when a child's needs are not being met in their educational environment. We aim to explore ways forward with the Local Authority and parents/carers/guardians/young people to help settle disagreements/disputes between them.

SEND Mediation is beneficial as it allows the voice of the child to be heard and considered. The Mediation session will explore how the educational setting should be best supporting the child/young person with SEND.

We have knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice, the Equality Act 2010 and the Children and Families Act 2014.

Community Mediation

Community Mediation aims to improve relationships between neighbours having disputes.

There has been an increase in Issues arising between neighbours in recent years, these issues could include noise, boundaries, repairs, smells, children, pets, parking etc..

Community Mediation brings neighbours together, in a safe environment so conversations can be had regarding their issues. We aim to find a way forward because your home should be your place of peace.

Conflict/Support Coaching

Conflict/Support coaching is available for people who are experiencing conflict with others and would like to work one-on-one with a Mediator to look at how their own actions can be improved to help the situation.

Conflict/Support coaching is a useful tool to help individuals devise strategies to best handle, resolve and/or manage conflict.
